Tracking is as old as humanity itself and is hard-wired into us. Learning to track can be seen as a combination of learning and remembering. It hones some key abilities including observation, deduction, intuition and more.

  • Track identification methods

  • Sign recognition – (including feeding sign, footprints, droppings etc)

  • Gait interpretation and reading animal behaviour

  • Ecology through the lens of tracking

  • Observation, deduction and sensory awareness exercises

  • Trailing

  • Understanding foot morphology
