Skulls, bones and feathers can tell us a huge amount about the animals they come from as well as being fascinating in their own right!
Join naturalist and wildlife tracker Dan Puplett to learn how to identify a range of different skulls, other bones and feathers and how they can help us understand more about our fantastic wildlife.
We will cover how to identify a range of bones and feathers to species level and even where on the animal’s body they came from. We will also explore the amazing science of bones and feathers and what they can tell us about the evolution of birds and mammals.
Part of the session will be in the bird hide, and we will also go for a short walk to see what clues we can find nearby.
